سمنان CRM تطبيق داخلي لشركة سمنان وشركاتها التابعة، يستخدمه الموظفون المصرّح لهم فقط لتسجيل زيارات العملاء وإدارة بيانات العملاء. لا يمكن إنشاء حساب إلا بموافقة المشرف.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، اسم المستخدم، الرقم الوظيفي، المسمى الوظيفي، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، الصورة الشخصية (اختيارية)، والشركة والإدارة والقسم.

الموقع الدقيق: يُسجَّل موقع الجهاز عند تسجيل الدخول وعند تسجيل كل زيارة فقط، وليس في الخلفية ولا بشكل مستمر.

بيانات العمل: العملاء وجهات الاتصال والزيارات والملاحظات التي يدخلها الموظف.

بيانات الأمان: عنوان IP (يُحفظ بشكل مُشفّر)، ونوع الجهاز والمنصة، وهل يعمل VPN أو موقع وهمي، لحماية الحسابات ومنع التلاعب بالموقع.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل التطبيق: تسجيل الدخول، وحفظ الزيارات والعملاء، وعرضها للموظف ولمديريه وللمشرفين المخوّلين وفق الصلاحيات.

للتحقق من صحة الزيارات ومنع تزوير الموقع أو استخدام VPN.

لا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة خارجية للتسويق.

أين تُحفظ ومن يصل إليها

تُحفظ البيانات في خدمات Google Firebase (مركز بيانات Google Cloud في الدوحة، قطر) وتُنقل مشفّرة. يُستخدم ipinfo.io لفحص عنوان IP فقط. تُرسل تقارير الأعطال التقنية إلى Sentry (الولايات المتحدة) لإصلاح المشكلات، وتتضمن رقم المستخدم ونوع الجهاز فقط دون الاسم أو بيانات العملاء.

يطّلع عليها الموظف نفسه ومديروه في الهيكل التنظيمي والمشرفون المخوّلون في سمنان فقط.

مدة الحفظ والحذف

تُحفظ بيانات العمل ما دامت لازمة لأعمال الشركة. عند حذف حساب الموظف تُحذف بيانات حسابه وصورته، وتبقى سجلات الزيارات والعملاء لأنها سجلات عمل للشركة.

يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: إعدادات الحساب ← الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب. ولطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها تواصل مع المشرف العام في شركتك أو مع إدارة تقنية المعلومات في سمنان.

Who we are

Samnan CRM is an internal app of Samnan and its group companies. Only authorised employees use it, to log customer visits and manage customer records. Accounts exist only after an administrator approves them.

What we collect

Account data: name, username, staff number, job title, mobile number, email (optional), profile photo (optional), and company, administration and department.

Precise location: the device location is recorded only when you sign in and when you log a visit. It is never tracked in the background or continuously.

Work data: the customers, contacts, visits and notes employees enter.

Security data: IP address (stored hashed), device type and platform, and whether a VPN or a mock location is active, to protect accounts and prevent location spoofing.

How we use it

To run the app: sign-in, saving visits and customers, and showing them to the employee, their managers and authorised administrators according to their permissions.

To verify that visits are genuine and to block location spoofing or VPN use.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud Doha data centre, Qatar) and encrypted in transit. ipinfo.io is used only to check IP addresses. Technical error reports are sent to Sentry (United States) to fix problems; they include only the user ID and device type, never names or customer data.

Only the employee, the managers above them in the organisation and authorised Samnan administrators can see it.

Retention and deletion

Work data is kept as long as the company needs it. When an employee account is deleted, its account data and photo are deleted; visit and customer records stay because they are company business records.

You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app: Account Settings → Profile → Delete account. To see or correct your data, contact your company's Super Admin or Samnan IT.
